Acknowledgment
I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and practice and I pay my respects to Elders past and present. I recognise their enduring connection to land, waters, language, and story, and I hold deep respect for the strength, wisdom, and survival of First Nations peoples across this country.
I honour that I work on land that was never ceded.
As a therapist, I am committed to listening, learning, and reflecting on the ongoing impacts of colonisation, intergenerational trauma, and systemic injustice. I also acknowledge that healing — both individual and collective — cannot be separated from the stories we carry and the systems we move within.
I hold space for all those whose voices, identities, and histories have been marginalised — and I strive to create a practice that is inclusive, reflective, and grounded in care.
